Is an artificially produced, non-chromium-containing mineral color with a strong, dusty green tone. The pigment, like the other chrome colors, was first produced in Paris in the early 1800s. It has been in wider use as a paint since the 1850s.

 

The pigment is light, water, - oil, - and calcareous.
