Natural Paint - White

Note: Please be aware that there can be a significant difference between how a color appears on a screen and how it looks in real life. Keep this in mind when selecting a color; colors often appear darker on screen than in real life.

Natural Paint

Our colored natural paint for walls and ceilings is tinted using mineral pigments and plant-based dyes and is available in a wide range of beautiful shades. The paint is easy to work with and dries to a beautiful matte finish.

When painting with color, it is important to use a "wet-on-wet" technique rather than applying wet paint over dry paint.

This natural paint is a matte, fully opaque, water-based oil emulsion paint for interior walls and ceilings. It is fully declared (all ingredients are listed), breathable, and contains only very mild preservatives. While based on traditional recipes, the paint has been produced in a modernized version since the 1980s and has been further refined over time. We manufacture our natural paint ourselves—a process we have carried out for many years. The paint has been tested by the Danish Technological Institute (DTI) for harmful emissions.

The fact that the paint is breathable means that water vapor can be absorbed into the paint layer and subsequently released through ventilation. This prevents condensation and moisture buildup behind painted surfaces, thereby helping to improve the indoor climate in homes or workplaces.

Our natural paint is based on pure natural materials and contains no MI, BIT, VOCs, microplastics, or other unwanted chemicals.

Application

Apply two coats using a brush, roller, or spray gun. The paint adheres to all matte, clean surfaces.

Surface preparation

The surface must be free of dirt, dust, and grime. Freshly filled walls should be primed with a breathable primer. Glossy surfaces must be sanded to a matte finish before painting.

Coverage

Approx. 7–9 m²/liter.

Gloss level

3–4.

Drying time

The paint is touch-dry and can be recoated after 2 hours. It is fully cured and reaches its final durability after 3 weeks, at which point it is easily washable.

Dilution

Water (max. 5–10%).

Cleaning

Clean tools used during the work with water.

Shelf life

Approx. 4 months from the date of purchase when stored in a cool, frost-free place in the original packaging.

Water, powdered marble, pigments, stand oil, rapeseed oil, cellulose paste. This white natural paint is produced without volatile solvents. Natural paint contains 0 g VOC/l. EU limit value for this product (cat. A/a): 30 g VOC/l (2010). The product does not contain the preservatives MI (methylisothiazolinone), BIT, VOC or Microplastic
